Project/Program Objective:
The Duck and Poultry Rearing Training Workshop is usually organized for farmers or livestock rearers, where they learn about various techniques, nutrition, care, and business aspects. This workshop includes the following topics, and through our Shadhin Youth Development Organization, participants are provided with a week-long mobile training. After completing the training, certificates are awarded through the Government Department of Youth Development.
Duck and Poultry Breed Selection: Information on which duck or poultry breeds can be profitable.
Food and Nutrition: Proper diet chart for ducks and chickens, food quality, and nutritional tips.
Health Care: Ways to protect ducks and poultry from various diseases, vaccination, and important care guidelines.
Rearing Environment: Preparing a safe, hygienic, and profitable environment for duck and poultry rearing.
Business Strategies: Techniques for marketing eggs, meat, and other products, profitability, and marketing planning.

Chief Guest Tushar Kanti Dey, Upazila Youth Development Officer; Tanmoy Karmakar, Upazila Assistant Officer; Md. Yamin Hossain, Sub-Assistant Livestock Officer; Md. Bappi, trained youths, and Executive Director of Shadhin Youth Development Organization, Md. Rakibul Islam (Rubel), along with other officers and staff of the organization.
