After successfully publishing the annual reports of the past 15 financial years of the Independent Youth Development Organization, I am very happy to publish the current 16th annual report. Shadin Jubo Unnyan Sangstha is a voluntary non-political organization. By adopting realistic plans, our organization is proud to be a partner in the development of the neglected people of the society. I thank those who have welcomed all our plans as a helper in the development of their destiny.

I gratefully remember all those who have been able to successfully complete the plan for the fiscal year 2023-2024 with the overall cooperation and advice of all the government, private institutions, and civil society in the various development programs of Independent Youth Development Organization.

All the successes and failures of the program report planned and implemented by Shadin Jubo Unnyan Sangstha for the fiscal year 2023-2024 are ours.

Finally, the Swadhin Yuva Unnayan Sangstha pledges to continue working on practical projects including human resource development for the next fiscal year 2023-2024 by collecting government and private financial assistance. I extend my greetings to all the associates of the Shadin Jubo Unnyan Sangstha.
