To make the poor and vulnerable coastal people, especially women, disabled and children aware, capable, self-reliant and self-employed by providing capacity, institutions, capital, local resource utilization and need-based provision. Goal:

Shadin Jubo Unnyan Shangstha The mission, as stated in its constitution, is to support and empower rural minority vulnerable women, children, indigenous peoples and persons with disabilities to develop skills, encourage cooperation and increase access to local resources, so that they maintain a high. Quality of Life The overall objective of Shadin Jubo Unnyan Shangstha is to sustainably improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities and achieve self-reliance and independence. Actually we are ensuring human rights in the organization. Empowering the rural poor through appropriate skills.

Strategy:

Shadin Jubo Unnyan Shangstha participatory and integrated development frame work basing target group development approach but it also implement activities following community based approaches in special cases. It mainly emphasis the fullest participation of the people in every development efforts and initiatives and also joint venture project for the people's development. 

Most Objectives:

01. To provide proper treatment for helpless, wretched, underprivileged groups.

02. Improving mother and child health and to create awareness on sanitation, to provide public health, mother welfare, and family planning services, and to set up EPI centers.

03. To undertake and implement programs on healthcare, nutrition, development of modern sanitation system, forming a planned family, birth control, and health welfare.

04. To spread education among the poor population by undertaking education programs.

05. To establish educational institutes, to attract aged people to old-education, and to run the old- education program.

06. To undertake programs on sub-formal education and spreading women education.

07. To pave the way for the school going poor students through scholarship programs.

08. We believe that Almighty God created man out of His own love. But people are victims of unfair social systems and structures.

09. We belief that all human beings has interrelated connection with their physical, intellectual, spiritual and social existence that must be addressed simultaneously.

10. We belief right commitment, dedication, motivation, love and care are the preconditions for helping the oppressed.

11. We believe that people are subject to change in an environment of opportunity and if they are given the opportunity and nurtured with love and care, because the Creator says all things are possible.
