Shadin Jubo Unnyan Sangstha is an independent media organization in Bangladesh.

Thinking about the backward and helpless families of the rural population of Bhola, the organization started its program in 2009 as a non-governmental development organization named "Shadin Jubo Unnyan Sangstha" with the aim of creating self-employment for rural women. The executive director of the organization, Md. Rakibul Ismal, has been developing the youth generation of Bangladesh for a long time with the aim of changing the fate of helpless people.

The organization tries to help in youth education, unemployment prevention, micro-credit, education and employment of young girls, training of entrepreneurs, cooperation with social institutions and development of migrant Bangladeshis and solving any problem towards Bangladesh. It is carrying out various developmental activities. As a role model for women's development, this organization is playing a major role in women's development by providing sewing machine training, boutiques, and various handicraft training.

In addition, working with the slogan "We will build a country with young people, a beautiful and prosperous Bangladesh", the organization has already received a registration certificate from the Bhola Sadar Upazila Youth Development Department of the Bangladesh Youth Development Department. The organization is providing training to the youth in graphic design, fish farming, domestic and foreign chicken farming with skilled trainers to reduce the unemployment rate. The country is benefiting from this, and the people of the country are becoming self-reliant.

The organization is also doing various voluntary activities, thinking about the general population of Bhola, an island district of natural disasters. It is providing allocations for the helpless with its own funds. The organization has earned a good reputation as a voluntary organization.

The organization is running low-interest loan programs with its own funds to create employment for people. The executive director of the organization expressed his intention to support the helpless and backward people through extensive activities if he receives any financial grant on a large scale in the future.
