Today's session mainly focused on how to properly manage an organization, how to implement activities in a planned and structured way, and various important aspects of ensuring long-term success and effectiveness of an institution.

In addition, practical guidance was provided on leadership development, volunteer activity management, organizational growth, and playing an effective role in the welfare of society. Each session of the training was highly educational and inspiring for us.

A total of 15 organizations from different districts of the country are participating in this training program. Our organization, “Shadhin Youth Development Organization,” is also represented by 2 delegates who are actively taking part in the training.
